Our [Building In A Box] shop kits include, 3'  flat steel door, garage door opening, treated base plate and double top plate, Engineered trusses 4' apart, 2x4 studs at 2' apart, 1 1/2" screws and washers, roof purlins 2' apart, all trim necessary and an instructional video.  All metal comes with a 40 year warranty. Also, all of our metal and wood is 95% pre-cut. 

We only ship within 5 hours of Pocahontas, Arkansas.

Due to insurance regulations and varying building codes across the country, we do not allow pickup of buildings.

Sales tax and delivery are NOT included in prices.
